PROCEDEURA NEGOZIATA PREVISTA DALL'ART. 76 COMMA 2 LETTERA B DEL DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N. 36/2023, PER LA FORNITURA DI PARTI DI RICAMBIO PER LE TORRETTE REMOTIZZATE HITROLE LIGHT. Questo Polo, nell'ambito dello svolgimento delle proprie attività, ha necessità di approvvigionare il seguente materiale: fornitura di parti di ricambio per le torrette remotizzate HITROLE LIGHT installate su piattaforma, VTLM 1A, per un importo di € 2.000.000,00 IVA ESENTE. Per tale approvvigionamento, l'Ente intende adottare una procedura negoziata prevista dall'art. 76, comma 2, lettera B Decreto Legislativo n. 36/202, con la ditta LEONARDO SPA con sede legale in Roma quale titolare esclusiva del know-how progettuale ed ingegneristico sia di prodotto che di processo, ivi inclusi i processi di manutenzione e riparazione dei suddetti materiali. importo complessivo dell'appalto è € 2.000.000,00 IVA esente.
