Procedura aperta ex art. 71 D.Lgs. 36/2023, di rilevanza comunitaria, interamente telematica per affidamento, tramite Accordo quadro, del servizio di conduzione, manutenzione, terzo responsabile e lavorazioni varie nelle centrali termiche dei fabbricati di proprietà dell’agenzia territoriale per la casa del Piemonte nord e da quelli gestiti per conto di terzi ubicati nelle provincie di Novara, V.C.O., Vercelli e biella. il servizio comprende interventi ordinarie e straordinarie su richiesta ed in urgenza con servizio di reperibilità h24 sette giorni su sette per un periodo di 36 mesi, dalla data di consegna dei lavori.
