L’appalto ha per oggetto la fornitura di energia elettrica, di produzione nazionale e/o di importazione, somministrata da un Produttore, o da un Grossista Distributore “Idoneo” di energia elettrica (nel seguito Fornitore) alle utenze, in bassa tensione (BT) e media (MT) diverse dalle domestiche e dall'illuminazione pubblica come definite all'art. 2 comma 2 lettera”d” ed “f” del TESTO INTEGRATO delle disposizioni dell'Autorità per l'Energia Elettrica e il Gas (20202023), delle strutture afferenti al Servizio Idrico Integrato (settori speciali) gestite da S.A.C.A. S.p.A. e allacciate alle reti locali di distribuzione dell'energia elettrica.
