Description
Procedura aperta, ai sensi dell'art. 71 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 e ss.mm.ii., finalizzata alla stipula di un Accordo Quadro con più operatori economici, della durata di 24 mesi, come definito all'art. 59 co. 4 lettera a) del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 e ss.mm.ii., per l'affidamento di singoli appalti specifici del servizio di trasporto e smaltimento del percolato da discarica EER 190703, rifiuto prodotto dalla discarica per rifiuti non pericolosi sita in località Torretta a Legnago (VR). Il quantitativo massimo stimato relativo all'accordo quadro, rappresentativo della sommatoria del quantitativo presunto degli appalti specifici che presumibilmente verranno aggiudicati in virtù dell'accordo quadro medesimo, è di 60.000 tonnellate di percolato da discarica da smaltire in 24 mesi. Il quantitativo complessivo potrà variare del 20 % (venti per cento) in aumento o in diminuzione senza che il Fornitore abbia nulla a pretendere oltre il prezzo unitario offerto, ai sensi dell'art. 120 co. 9 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 e ss.mm.ii.. La Società si riserva di prorogare l'Accordo Quadro per una durata massima di 6 mesi ai prezzi e condizioni stabilite nel contratto.
