Procedura Aperta, interamente gestita con sistemi telematici, finalizzata alla stipula di un Accordo Quadro, ai sensi dell’art. 154 del D.Lgs. 36/2023, di durata triennale, avente ad oggetto l’affidamento della fornitura di un numero indicativo fino a n° 10 (dieci) autobus a gasolio, nuovi di fabbrica di ultima generazione, di classe I, secondo il regolamento UNECE n. 107 e s.m.i. e Regolamento UE 2018/858 e s.m.i., di lunghezza compresa tra 10.310 mm e 11.300 mm e relativo servizio di manutenzione in full service.
