Procedura Aperta, interamente gestita con sistemi telematici, finalizzata alla stipula di un Accordo Quadro, ai sensi dell’art. 154 del D.Lgs. 36/2023, di durata triennale, avente ad oggetto l’affidamento della fornitura di un numero indicativo fino a n° 80 (ottanta) autobus a metano CNG, nuovi di fabbrica di ultima generazione, di classe II, secondo il regolamento UNECE n. 107 e s.m.i. e Regolamento UE 2018/858 e s.m.i., di lunghezza compresa tra 11.850 mm e 12.000 mm e relativo servizio di manutenzione in full service.
