Description
Con determina a contrarre n. 10/2024 del 28.02.2024,l'Amministrazione ha deliberato di affidare la fornitura collettiva di specialità medicinali, medicinali equivalenti (come definiti dalla Legge 149/05 e s.m.i.), veterinari, omeopatici, fitoterapici, farmaci stupefacenti di cui al d.P.R. n. 309 del 1990 e alla legge n. 49 del 2006, prodotti dietetici, sostanze per preparazioni magistrali, parafarmaci, P.M.C. e cosmetici per il normale approvvigionamento delle Farmacie Comunali gestite dalla Società unipersonale ASC unipersonale s.r.l. per il periodo di 48 mesi, mediante sottoscrizione di contratto di accordo quadro con due operatori economici, ai sensi dell’ art. 59, comma 4, lett. a), del D.Lgs. 36/2023.
