Procedura aperta per l’affidamento dell’appalto concernente l’esecuzione dei lavori di realizzazione di strade e relativi sottoservizi nel nuovo quartiere Montecity Rogoredo – UCP 21E, nell’ambito della variante al Programma Integrato di Intervento (PII) “Montecity Rogoredo” approvato mediante Accordo di Programma ai sensi dell'art. 34 del d.lgs. 267/2000 e correlata Convenzione Urbanistica del 16 marzo 2005 (nn. 14675/3955 rep.), così come integrata e modificata con Convenzione Modificativa e Integrativa stipulata in data 16 giugno 2022 (nn. 7611/5376 rep./racc.), successivamente integrata mediante atto di rettifica e integrazione in data 29 giugno 2023 (nn. 8405/5941 rep./racc.).
