Description
Solo servizio di solo smaltimento dei rifiuti derivanti dal servizio di igiene urbana comunale - suddivisa per tipologia di rifiuto (codice CER) in 6 lotti di gara, per la durata di 24 mesi. L’affidamento avverrà mediante procedura aperta e con applicazione del criterio del Minor prezzo, ai sensi dell’art. 108 comma 3 del D.Lgs 36/2023 per i LOTTI 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6; Il luogo di svolgimento del servizio è il Comune di Rovato, il centro di conferimento del rifiuto, per ogni lotto, dovrà necessariamente essere, a pena di esclusione, entro il raggio di 100 km dal comune di Rovato. Le analisi dei materiali, necessarie per consentire il conferimento presso gli impianti, saranno a totale carico dell’Appaltatore.
