Description
L’appalto ha ad oggetto l’affidamento del servizio di verifica preventiva del progetto definitivo per appalto integrato della Linea Tranviaria Termini – Tor Vergata e del Deposito di Centocelle Est, attività tecnica che sarà espletata per le finalità di cui all’art. 42 del Codice e, ratione temporis, ai sensi dell’art. 26 del D. Lgs. n. 50/2016 e del D.P.R. 5 ottobre 2010, n. 207, norme che trovano ancora applicazione in virtù degli artt. 23, comma 3, e 216, comma 4, del D. Lgs. n. 50/2016, giusta previsione di cui all’art. 225, comma 9, del Codice
