Procedura aperta, in modalità telematica, ex art. 60 del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016 e s.m.i., per l’affidamento dell’appalto relativo ai lavori di realizzazione delle opere di urbanizzazione c.d. “Viabilità Unione” e “Parcheggio Pubblico Interrato UCP SC”, previsti nell’ambito della variante al Programma Integrato di Intervento (PII) “Aree ex Falck e Scalo Ferroviario” e nella relativa Convenzione Urbanistica del 3.8.2016 (rep./racc. n. 77879/22725) e s.m.i., nonché in attuazione dell’atto unilaterale d’obbligo approvato dal Comune di Sesto San Giovanni con Determinazione n. 220/2024 del 20.2.2024 e sottoscritto in data 1.3.2024 (rep./racc. n. 3030/1953), da Prelios SGR S.p.A., Redo SGR S.p.A. e Milanosesto S.p.A..
