Description

Procedura aperta ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023 per la fornitura biennale, in somministrazione ed in conto deposito, eventualmente prorogabile di ulteriori 12 mesi, di dispositivi medici di neuroradiologia. Procedura di gara, suddivisa in 39 lotti, da aggiudicarsi secondo il criterio dell'offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa di cui all'art. 108, comma 1, del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023. Limitatamente ai lotti dal 5 al 24 l’aggiudicazione avverrà tramite la conclusione di Accordo Quadro ai sensi dell’art. 59 del D. Lgs. n. 36 del 2023. Importo a base d’asta per la fornitura biennale pari ad € 8.900.200,00 oltre IVA - importo globale stimato pari ad € 15.130.340,00 oltre Iva.
