Con decisione a contrarre dell'Amministratore Delegato, l'Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato S.p.A. con socio unico e capitale sociale € 340.000.000 i.v., con sede in Roma, via Salaria 691 (di seguito anche solo Poligrafico o Stazione Appaltante) ha deciso di indire, per conto di Valoridicarta S.p.A., ai sensi dell'art. 71 del d. lgs. 36/2023 (di seguito anche Codice), una gara mediante procedura aperta per la definizione di un accordo quadro con più operatori economici per l'affidamento della fornitura di cotone e linters di cotone per la produzione di carte valori.
