Description

Ai fini dell'implementazione dell'asse per la ricerca deep-sea (ii.), un'infrastruttura prevista dal Progetto EMBR-UP è un veicolo autonomo (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle AUV) per acque profonde, che possa essere istallato sulla nave Dohrn di nuova costruzione, in grado di eseguire rilievi, mappature e indagini in completa autonomia a una profondità di almeno 2500 metri, prevista all'interno delle attività del WP 4-1 Remotely operated, sensors and autonomous technologies for enhancing the sustainable use of marine biological resources.
