Description
De Aanbestedende dienst is deze Onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging gestart in verband met de behoefte bij Belastingdienst IV/Data Center Services (IV/DCS) aan een nieuwe Oplossing voor Remote support en remote beheer. De huidige functionaliteit voor Remote support door externe partijen werd ingevuld door de Pulse Secure Meeting van Avanti Connect Secure. Ook remote beheer wordt hiermee uitgevoerd. Deze functionaliteit is echter niet meer beschikbaar. De levering van de PRA Oplossing betreft het leveren, inrichten, configureren en integreren van het product Priviliged Remote Access (PRA), on premise, van BeyondTrust (Fabrikant) inclusief maatwerk op basis van initieel 500 gebruikers en 4 virtual appliances met bijbehorende licenties (subscription) inclusief een uitbreiding in de initiële periode van 3 jaar naar 10 virtual appliances. Na deze 3 jaar is de verwachting dat de omvang verder zal toenemen en dat deze aan het einde van de maximale looptijd (10 jaar) uit ongeveer 1.500 Gebruikers en 12 virtual appliances zal bestaan.
