Předmětem Soutěže je zpracování architektonického návrhu dostavby areálu a souvisejících krajinářských úprav zahrady Základní umělecké školy v Černošicích. Nově navržená přístavba by měla vhodným způsobem doplnit stávající památkově chráněnou vilu od architekta Osvalda Polívky a její současnou zahradu.
