Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je přístavba nové části gymnázia a změna dokončené stavby stávající budovy gymnázia. Jedná se o stavbu trvalou pro školství. Stavbou dojde ke zvýšení kapacity školy z 300 na 480 studentů. Dojde také k vytvoření prostředí pro samostudium, týmovou práci na školních projektech, neformální setkávání mezi studenty, ale také s pedagogy i o nabídnutí místa pro odpočinek a rozšíření prostoru šaten.
