Le présent appel d'offres ouvert est soumis aux dispositions des articles R.2124-2 et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique Cette consultation sera passée en application des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique relatifs aux accords-cadres. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes sans minimum, avec un maximum de 150.000,00 HT annuel, sur la durée de l'accord-cadre tel que prévu à l'article 2.1 du règlement de consultation et conclu avec un opérateur économique.
