Description
The Health Service Executive (“HSE”) wishes to notify interested suppliers of road transport services, and road transport vehicles and related services, of proposed changes to its procurement criteria, specifications and performance conditions (“GPP Criteria”) being introduced to ensure EU and Irish emissions targets can be met. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (“PIN”) and market consultation is to ensure interested suppliers have an opportunity to provide feedback and prepare themselves for the HSE’s upcoming requirements. Interested organisations are invited to view and respond to the Preliminary Market Consultation ref number 2764432 on etenders.gov.ie.
