Description
Montagebau in Holz Der viergeschossige Holzbau umfasst ein Gartengeschoss als Halbgeschoss und ein Erdgeschoss mit einem hervorstehenden, überdachten Eingangsbereich sowie einer Küche. Das erste und zweite Obergeschoss ist identisch gestaltet und sämtliche Decken sind Holzbetonverbunddecken mit Kerven. Das Treppenhaus ist in Holzbauweise mit einer Stahltreppe ausgeführt. Die Aussenwände sind in Holzrahmenbauweise mit innerer Vorsatzschale sowie einer hinterlüfteten Fassade mit HardiePanels und vorgehängten Holzlamellen.
