Description
NB! Not a prior information notice in a legal sense - but information to the market that Ruter AS uses an announcement tool to communicate to possible suppliers that Ruter opens up for annual recordings within the contract for price agreement Oslo, Akershus - Oslo airport. The scheme is open to all companies that fulfil the requirements in the scheme, and is therefore not covered by the public procurement regulations. Ruter sends contract documents and admission requirements upon request. Companies that are relevant for admission to the scheme are asked to register their interest by email to bussanbud@ruter.no. All questions about the notice shall be addressed in writing via bussanbud@ruter.no. Mark the email with "Price Agreement" in the subject field. This notice shall, thus, not be understood as a general prior information notice, but a reminder that possible operators can apply for participation in the open scheme Price Agreement.
