De opdracht bestaat uit preventief en correctief onderhoud, het beheer en de periodieke keuringen van de volgende installaties: - Werktuigbouwkundige installaties - Elektrotechnische installaties - Brandveiligheidsinstallaties, inclusief Opgeleid Persoon (OP) taken - Brandblusmiddelen - Bliksembeveiliging Daarnaast is de gemeente voornemens via deze overeenkomst de installatieverantwoordelijkheid neer te leggen bij Opdrachtnemer als gedelegeerde installatieverantwoordelijke (IV-er). De werkzaamheden betreffen onderhoudswerkzaamheden, keuringen en beheer in 71 panden met een totaal bvo van ca. 46.320 m2
