Preuzimanje se vrši na području Istarske županije i to na pretovarnoj stanici Košambra, Poreč i/ili pretovarnoj stanici Donji Picudo, Umag i/ili pretovarnoj stanici Lokva Vidotto, Rovinj i/ili pretovarnoj stanici Griža, Buzet i/ili pretovarnoj stanici Jelenčići, Pazin i/ili pretovarnoj stanici Cere, Labin, a prema pisanom zahtjevu Naručitelja. Cijena uključuje sve aktivnosti od utovara na pretovarnoj stanici do zbrinjavanja „R“ postupkom sukladno propisima o gospodarenju otpadom.
