ACCORD CADRE - MARCHE DE PRESTATIONS JURIDIQUES : CONSEILS, ASSISTANCE ET REPRESENTATION EN JUSTICE L'accord-cadre est réservé à une profession particulière : conformément aux dispositions de la loi n°71-1130 du 31 décembre 1971 modifiée, les prestations objet du présent accord-cadre sont réservées à la profession d'avocat. Le Titulaire devra exercer cette profession et être inscrit régulièrement à un Barreau français Le périmètre de l'accord-cadre ne comprend pas les affaires en cours à la date de notification de l'accord-cadre qui restent traitées par les avocats à qui le dossier a été confié initialement et ce, jusqu'à la fin de celui-ci.
