Description
Le marché a pour objet les PRESTATIONS DE TRANSPORT ET REGIE DES OEUVRES, ASSURANCES ET AGENCEMENTS POUR L’EXPOSITION « LETHIERE : NE A LA GUADELOUPE » , ORGANISEE PAR LE MEMORIAL ACTE (971) Le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) précise la description des prestations à effectuer ainsi que les modalités de leur mise en oeuvre. Les articles L2124-2 et R2124-2 du Code de la commande publique définissent l’appel d’offres comme la procédure formalisée de référence, caractérisée par l’absence de négociation et le choix de l’offre économiquement la plus avantageuse selon des critères objectifs préétablis.
