Le titulaire du présent marché qui porte sur la réalisation de prestations de télé-exploitation est tenu de : - Assurer des contrôles applicatifs quotidiens, - Exécuter des actions correctives sur incidents, - Pour le GIE CDC HOM uniquement, effectuer des installations de patchs correctifs lkos (ERP) et des refreshs d'environnements. Il s'agit d'un marché composite composé de : -Prestation de mise en œuvre du marché, -Prestations de services récurrents, -Prestations ponctuelles à exécuter suite à l'émission de bons de commande par le pouvoir adjudicateur, selon ses besoins
