Description
Constituant l’un des outils majeurs d’intervention, la commune d’Eu, la commune du Tréport, le Département de la Seine-Maritime, l'État et l'Anah décident de mettre en œuvre une Opération Programmée d’Amélioration de l’Habitat – Renouvellement urbain sur la période 2026-2030. Cette dernière est dénommée « OPAH-RU des centres-villes d’Eu & du Tréport ». Les champs d’intervention sont les suivants : L’action envers les propriétaires occupants et bailleurs en monopropriété comme en copropriété ; La lutte contre l’habitat dégradé et/ou vacant ; La lutte contre la précarité énergétique ; L’adaptation des logements à la perte d’autonomie ; Le financement de logements locatifs conventionnés. L’objet de la présente consultation consiste à recruter un opérateur extérieur qui assurera la mission de suivi-animation de l’OPAH-RU.
