Description
La présente consultation porte sur une mission d'assistance et de conseil juridique sur des actes, missions et compétences du Département, quelle que soit leur nature, une mission d'analyse et de conseil sur les actions contentieuses pouvant être menées en défense et en recours (rédaction de requêtes, mémoires et conclusions nécessaires à la défense des intérêts du Département, notamment), de représentation aux audiences, et de réalisation des démarches indispensables à l'exécution des décisions de justice rendues dans le cadre de ces actions contentieuses, une mission de médiation : analyse, assistance et conseil en demande et en défense, représentation du Département dans les réunions, analyse et rédaction de protocoles La présente consultation est une procédure adaptée soumise aux dispositions de l'article R.2123-1-3 du Code de la commande publique
