Le SSLIA a pour objet principal de sauver des vies humaines en cas d'accident ou d'incident d'aéronefs par la mise en place de moyens et d'une organisation adaptée au niveau de la protection. Le SPPA concourt à la sécurité des vols. Elle vise à réduire les risques de collision entre les aéronefs et les animaux, lors des opérations de décollage et d'atterrissage
