PRESTATIONS DE NETTOYAGE DES LOCAUX ET DE LA VITRERIE DE LA HALLE DE LA COURROUZE, DE LA HALLE DE LA BRASSERIE ET DE LA HALLE MARTENOT GEREES PAR CITEDIA SERVICES A RENNES ET SA PROCHE AGGLOMERATION, INCLUANT POUR LE LOT N°1 LA FOURNITURE ET L’APPROVISIONNEMENT EN PRODUITS D’HYGIENE SANITAIRE ASSOCIES – 2 LOTS. Les prestations comprennent le nettoyage des locaux, les produits, les matériels d’entretien courant ou spécialisés et les équipements de sécurité du personnel intervenant. Le Lot n°1 inclut la fourniture et la mise en place des consommables produits d’hygiène associés. L'Accord-cadre mono-attributaire pour chacun des lots est réglé à prix unitaires, sans minimum et avec un maximum en valeur de : Lot n°1 : 85 000 € H.T./an Lot n° 2 : 15 000 € H.T./an L'Accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 12 mois et pourra être reconduit trois fois pour une durée de douze mois, de manière tacite, sans que sa durée totale, périodes de reconduction comprises, ne puisse dépasser 48 mois. Les candidats ont l'obligation d'effectuer une visite des sites. Voir modalités dans le règlement de la consultation. Le Marché ne comporte pas d'obligation de reprise de personnel.
