Description
L'accord-cadre concerne l'entretien des locaux de Roannais Agglomération. L'ensemble des prestations demandées figure au CCTP « Conditions générales » commun à tous les lots, aux annexes du CCTP spécifiques à chaque lots et aux bordereaux des prix unitaires de chaque lot. La durée d'exécution est d'un an, reconductible trois fois. La consultation est composée de 7 lots. Une visite de site est fortement conseillée pour certains sites : (cf. article 5.3 du Règlement de consultation) Il s'agit d'accords-cadres mono-attributaires « à bons de commandes » sans minimum et avec maximum annuel par lot Les prix des accords-cadres sont : -les prix du Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (valant devis de simulation). -les prix sur devis pour des éventuelles prestations non prévues au BPU. Les estimations HT correspondent à une estimation sur la durée totale reconduction comprise
