Description
Le nettoyage est l'opération qui consiste à éliminer les salissures afin d'assurer la propreté, l'hygiène, l'esthétique et la maintenance préventive des revêtements et des bâtiments, selon des procédés mécaniques et /ou chimiques. La collectivité souhaite faire nettoyer ses intérieurs et/ou extérieurs dans le cadre de manifestations, événements ou tout autre, afin de palier à une surcharge de travail ou de nettoyage spécifique tel que les arènes, gradins démontables, plages, ….... . La collectivité attend du titulaire qu'il soit en capacité d'effectuer des prestations de nettoyage courant, mais également du nettoyage plus technique et spécifique, comme la désinfection et le nettoyage de locaux, nettoyage des plages,….
