Description
Le marché est, pour chacun des deux lots, un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents sans quantité en minimum et avec une quantité maximum de 25 000 collaborateurs. A titre indicatif et sans engagement, à la notification du marché, l'estimation du nombre de salariés concernés par le présent Accord-Cadre est de 8500 salariés (représentant 15 entités, incluant l'UES à hauteur de 3000 salariés ). Le volume annuel de cotisations nettes dépasse à ce jour 20 millions d'euros. Ensuite, il est estimé une entrée progressive dans l'accord-cadre entre 500 et 1000 salariés par an, pouvant aller jusqu'à l'intégration de l'ensemble des filiales du groupe Action Logement, définies aux CCTP
