Description

La précédente consultation ayant été déclarée sans suite, elle est ici relancée en procédure d'appel d'offre ouvert. L'accord-cadre est ici passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 à 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. La présente consultation est hybride. Chaque lot constitue un accord-cadre distinct, dont les modalités d'exécution sont définies au CCAP-AC. Le lot 1 est mixte. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. L'accord-cadre est conclu avec un minimum et un maximum (indiqué dans l'acte d'engagement) et avec un seul opérateur économique. Les lots 2 et 3 quant à eux seront exécutés par le biais de marchés subséquents pouvant être attribués à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Les accords-cadres sont conclus avec un maximum (indiqués dans les actes d'engagement). L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter de sa notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2028 pour des raisons opérationnelles liées aux vacances scolaires
