Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Accompagnement de la région Occitanie dans des prestations d'assistance et support informatique, de maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO), d'amélioration du système de management de la qualité, de conduite du changement et de médiation numérique. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 2 ans. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 2. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans
