Description
La collectivité souhaite contracter avec des assureurs dans les domaines suivants : - Responsabilité civile - Protection fonctionnelle des élus - Dommages aux biens - Assistance rapatriement - Foires expositions La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire. Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots sauf pour le lot n°3. Ce lot a été relancé et attribué le 11/10/2024 pour une durée allant du 1/01/2025 jusqu'au 31/12/2029
