Description
Under the new Lyon-Turin railway link project, TELT company, as a contracting entity, is the public developer in charge of building and managing the cross-border section of the future infrastructure. With a view to implementing Operational Construction Site 12 (CO12) of this project, TELT launched a consultation in 2023 for a global works contract covering the design and implementation of secondary civil engineering works and railway and non-railway equipment, and the maintenance of the cross-border section (contract T15). Due to the size and complexity of said T15 contract, TELT intends to outsource certain services in order to guarantee the quality of the design, the proper execution of the works and complete cost and schedule control of the future contract. To achieve this common goal, TELT intends to be supported by: • an operations management assistant; • a technical project management assistant; • and a virtual infrastructure manager. These three assignments, which are detailed below, represent in the same order the three lots of this consultation.
