Les objectifs de la mission sont les suivants : Mise en place d'une solution sur mesure permettant de s'adapter au contexte et aux besoins de la Direction des Ressources Humaines de l'Agefiph ; Souhait, pour la Direction des Ressources Humaines de l'Agefiph, de se concentrer sur l'aspect stratégique de la politique de recrutement ; Renforcer la visibilité extérieure en bénéficiant des stratégies de service ; Gérer la variabilité des volumes d'embauches
