<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires.<br/>Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction.<br/>La présente consultation concerne le transport d'usagers dans le cadre d'une autorisation de mise en circulation pour une pirogue sanitaire à titre expérimental. Une convention vient fixer les conditions de la prise en charge financière, l'évaluation de l'activité et les engagements du bénéficiaire. Les frais de conception de la pirogue et des transports sont pris en charge dans le cadre du « fond d'intervention régional » (FIR) pour la durée de l'expérimentation. <br/>
