La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande relatif à la relève des compteurs d'eau sur les communes relevant du périmètre de la SPL EAU DU BASSIN RENNAIS, afin d'assurer la facturation des abonnés selon les conditions définies au sein des Règlements du Service Public de distribution d'eau potable.
