Part I procurement. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration distributes press releases via NTB ́s communication channel. (https://kommunikasjon.ntb.no). The agreement with NTB includes access to NTB ́s news service and planning calendar, which is an important tool for assessing what is on the agenda. NTB has an unprecedented role in Norwegian news mediation. Regarding the distribution of press releases, these give us the opportunity to select dispatches based on national or local interest. NTB ́s package of distribution and access to NTB ́s ongoing news and calendar well covers the Norwegian Public Roads Administration ́s need for press release distribution.
