Description
The main elements of the assignment are a turnkey contractor for planning, engineering design services for and construction of Mental Health and Dependency, Building South (PHA South) in close cooperation with the Builder and the Builder ́s engineering design group. Initially the procurement includes an interaction phase as a continuation and optimisation of the delivered preliminary project. A complete contract basis shall be prepared in the interaction phase with the accompanying binding tender as a starting point for an option for continuing the contract for the execution phase. The builder ́s engineering design group shall be transported to the turnkey contractor after the interaction phase has ended.
