Description
The psychiatry operation in the current psychiatry pavilions at Hjelset is moved to a new psychiatric and habilitation building when this is started in October 2024. After the move, the existing psychiatric pavilions shall be demolished so that the outdoor area at SNR Hjelset can be completed. The demolition has a combined extent of nearly 10,000 m2 divided between two different buildings. The procurement will be carried out as a turnkey contract that includes all the necessary work operations such as environmental clearance, demolition and final disposal of demolition waste. The demolition will take place close to the existing psychiatric hospital operation.
