Description
The Norwegian Building Quality Directorate (the Contracting Authority) has worked for several years to strengthen the organisation's competence in project management and project work. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with 3-5 tenderers for consultancy services within project and process support for digitalisation work in the public sector. Examples of projects where support can be required are digitalisation, regulation development, service design processes, reviews, strategy work and communication. Examples of work tasks can be: Administrative project management and assistance in project work Project Manager support for internal project manager and project owner/management group. Support to implement restructuring processes and collaboration projects Assistance with planning, implementing and following-up brainstorming meeting, workshops and other events. Project support for specification of new services (service design).
