Description
Øygarden municipality wish to procure a system for electronic doctor's journal for the municipally operated medical facilities/doctor offices. This includes the municipally operated emergency department, and 3 municipally operated doctors offices: Grønamyra, Rong and Skogsvåg doctor ́s office. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the negotiated procedure after the prior notice, cf. §13-1(2). The competition starts with a qualification phase (phase 1), where it is open for all interested tenderers to submit a request for participation in the competition. Qualified tenderers will be invited to submit a tender (phase 2). This notice is for phase 1.
