Description
The procurement launched by the Group of Procurers for theBroadEU.net Stage 2 project is intended to develop mission critical mobile broadband communication testbeds, crossconnect them and to test in cross-border trials involving at least 4 cross connected countries/MCX servers. The procurement aims at building real-world capacity through these testbeds. BroadEU.net Stage 2 will last 18 months and will be continued in Stage 3 for a further 18 months. 15 procurers coordinated by PSCE are involved. The ultimate aim of the project is to establish the conditions for a new pan-European operational mobility capability for the PPDR sector. This will inform the establishment of the EU Critical Communication System (EUCCS).
