Description
The competition is for the procurement of premises for Familiens hus. Modum municipality would like to procure new premises for Familiens hus in Modum. The premises shall be ready for use when taking over. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. Furthermore, the contracting authority is also subject to political approval during the procurement. The tenderer is only entitled to payment for the part of the assignment that has always been carried out. See the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender.
