Zadavatel má v úmyslu v zadávacím řízení vybrat návrh a realizaci řešení objektu pro střední školu na území Městské části Praha 19. Zadavatel v souladu s ust. § 33 ZZVZ před zahájením zadávacího řízení zjišťuje situaci na trhu a způsobilost dodavatelů poskytnout řešení. Zejména ověřuje, zda na trhu existují subjekty schopné požadované plnění dodat při zachování odpovídající úrovně hospodářské soutěže.
