Description
Die BWI erwägt zwei Rahmenverträge mit jeweils einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über die dauerhafte Überlassung von Software (Kauf von Software als Unternehmenslizenz) sowie deren Wartung, Pflege, Support und softwarenahe Vertragsleistungen (Implementierung, Customizing und Schulung) für ein Arztinformationssystem und ein Zahnarztinformationssystem für die Truppenärzte und Truppenzahnärzte der Bundeswehr in der ambulanten Patientenversorgung (Zielbetrieb Bundeswehr), mit einem geschätzten Auftragswert von 50.316.431,85 Euro netto und einer daraus resultierenden Obergrenze von 75.474.646,27 Euro netto, im Wege Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbwerb gem. § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV abzuschließen. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal sieben Jahren abgeschlossen (Grundlaufzeit 48 Monate sowie potenziell 3x12 Monate optionale Laufzeit).
