Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages über die Lieferung eines Doppel-stock Karussells inkl. Instandhaltungsleistungen/Wartung für die Prater Wien GmbH. Für einen gut frequentierten Platz im Wiener Wurstel Prater in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Riesenrad, soll ein Doppelstock Karussell gebaut werden. Um perfekt in der Umgebung integriert zu sein, muss es im Stil Wien um 1900 errichtet werden.
